Maybe it's been a while. Maybe life got full — work, family, the daily grind — and somewhere along the way, the version of you that felt strong and energized got quietly set aside. I know that feeling. And I also know it doesn't have to stay that way.
I've been a movement coach since 2011, working with people in person and online for over 13 years.
I discovered the power of movement at 16 when I was working through some of the hardest moments of my life, and what I received from the coaches who showed up for me then became the reason I do this work now. Movement isn't just exercise to me — it's medicine. It's how we come back to ourselves.
I work primarily with busy people who are ready to get back into their bodies — beginners, returners, people who've tried before and life got in the way. I specialize in functional fitness that's fun, appropriately challenging, and built for the long game.
We're not chasing a number on a scale. We're building a life where you feel capable, energized, and proud of what your body can do.
